Lemon is another great detox friendly food, so the more you add, the better.

This is one food we’re all happy to hear is a detox friendly one. Avocados are full of antioxidants, including glutathione, which moves harmful toxins out of your body. Avos also provide a large amount of fibre, which is great for your digestive system. Yay, avocados!

Ginger

Ginger not only boosts your metabolism and helps settle unhappy tummies, but it also helps flush out toxins and waste, and tastes great.

Broccoli

This green flower has some serious antioxidant properties, making it great for a detox eating plan. They also reduce the risk of certain cancers, and taste great cooked or raw. Make sure you include it in your regular eating plan.
