A 15-year-old girl has drowned after she was swept away in the raging waters of a river, near Wiltshire Road, in Marriannhill.

"It's alleged that at about 1am, 2am this morning - three children aged between 6 and 15 had been washed down the river."
Jamieson says community members worked tirelessly to save the other two children.
"However, the third child - a 15-year-old young lady - they were unable to save and she was recovered this morning," he said.
Last night, four people including two children were killed in Malvern when their house caved in.
