Lionel Richie turns 71 on Saturday, June 20.
For over four decades, Richie has brought us some of the best music in the world.

The award-winning American singer-songwriter started singing in the 1970s.
He was the founding member of the RnB group, The Commodores. In 1982, he went solo and became very successful.
His self-titled solo debut album featured the No. 1 single "Truly”.
From there he went on to release classics such as ‘Hello’, ‘Dancing On The Ceiling’ and ‘All Night Long’.
