Happy birthday to the legendary Bryan Ferry - front man of one of Britain's best bands.
Ferry turns 77 on 26 September.
The singer and songwriter grew up in Newcastle in Northern England.
His musical career was birthed during his years as a student at the University of Newcastle where he studied Art. That's when he would spend time writing songs. It was also in university where he met his other band members and Roxy Music was formed.
Roxy Music went on to become one the most influential bands in Rock & Roll. Formed in Britain in 1970, the band has sustained its success throughout the decades.
Their debut single, 'Virginia Plain', was released in 1972. The song did so well that it reached #4 on the British charts.
