#MonthFreeMe: Keri reflects on week one

The journey began on Monday, 27 August. We're only one week in, but I'm starting to feel the 'itch' of #MonthFreeMe.

I battled this weekend, yoh!
I actually felt my mood change when my ego realised I wasn't going have a glass of wine. It's completely a mental thing.
I don't do well when I tell myself 'you can't have...', but I know why I'm doing this and it's only three more weeks.
