There IS a price for happiness, or rather for avoiding unhappiness! Researchers found that an annual salary of $105k allows US residents to eliminate financial woes as a source of unhappiness. But the US ranks 10th globally. Bermuda has the highest income satiation point, aka the price for happiness. South Africa's price of happiness is measured at R689,681 per annum.
