The Pietermaritzburg High Court in KwaZulu-Natal granted an order to force former president Jacob Zuma to pay back the money spent on upgrades to his Nkandla residence. News24 reported in 2019 that Zuma had to cough up millions to pay back his VBS bond - or lose his Nkandla property.

A viral Tik Tok video shows a Southwest Airlines pilot threatening to turn the plane around and involve security if a passenger didn't stop sending unsolicited AirDropped nudes. Cyberflashing isn't a new problem, and legislators are working to criminalise the act.

Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife officials are still searching for lions believed to have escaped from the Hluhluwe iMfolozi Park. Spokesperson Musa Mntambo said there were no human attacks or death reports. They had received reports of cow carcasses being found.

This week, Engen announced that it was donating R2.5-million worth of fuel and R500,000 for emergency relief towards humanitarian relief organisation Gift of the Givers.
