It's finally been confirmed: we're seeing Joaquin Phoenix reprise his role as 'Joker' 🤡. Director Todd Phillips took to Instagram with the first confirmation of the 2019 film's sequel. He shared the cover of the script alongside the working title, 'Joker: Folie à Deux'.

A car drove into a crowd of people in a busy shopping district in western Berlin on Wednesday, killing at least one woman and leaving six others with life-threatening injuries. The driver, a 29-year-old German-Armenian national, was detained at the scene and is being questioned.

Simiso “Ganda Ganda” Buthelezi, who collapsed in the ring at the weekend, has died. According to the witness who attended the boxing match, Buthelezi was seemingly winning the match when he started to hallucinate, before he became unconscious towards the final stages.

A Durban man was sentenced to five years imprisonment after he stole a truck during the July 2021 unrest. The Durban Regional Court sentenced Nhlanhla Samkelo Mthembu, 31, after he pleaded guilty to the theft of a motor vehicle belonging to a Mobeni business.
