"The community of Durban have experienced absolute devastation with the storm we've experienced on Tuesday. The business community has reported to the Durban Chamber of Commerce that they have experienced much devastation.
"There has been a lot of damage to property. There has been an absolute stoppage of operations. As the business community in Durban, we are concerned about ensuring that we get our economy back to work," she says.
