The lodge, situated in Inhassoro, Mozambique, uploaded the video showing a pod of dolphins stranded on a beach and rescue workers desperately trying to splash water on them.
According to reports by Times Live, Derek Flaxman, who is a part of the lodge, heard a noise on the beach and went to check it out. When he got there, he saw the heartbreaking sight of a pod of 16 dolphins beached and stranded.
They had to get assistance from locals to help put them back into the sea. Unfortunately, eight of the dolphins died during the rescue attempt.
