South Africa records 25 more COVID-19 related deaths

The number of confirmed coronavirus infections in the country stands at 27 403.
That figure increased by 1 466 over the past 24-hours, 2 349 people were diagnosed in KwaZulu-Natal.
Health Minister Zweli Mkhize says they’ve recorded another 25 COVID-19 related deaths, bringing the number of people who lost their lives to 577.
He says they also mourn the passing of a National Health Laboratory Services employee who was admitted to hospital a few weeks ago.
Meanwhile, just over 1 200 of those diagnosed with COVID-19 are children 14-years-old and younger.
The highest number of infections - that’s just over 3 900– came from those aged between 30 and 34.
We’ve had more than 14 000 recoveries.
