Nicki Minaj reveals album release date

Nicki Minaj's upcoming album, 'Queen', will drop next month. The rapper revealed her fourth studio album's release date during an interview on the Met Gala red-carpet on Monday night.

"It's a big night for me because I just let the world know that my album is coming June 15 and it's called Queen, and I can't wait," Rolling Stone magazine quoted her as saying.  

Nicki has already released two singles from her upcoming album, 'Chun-Li' and 'Barbie Tingz'. Both tracks feature on the Billboard Hot 100.

The 35-year-old's new album was not the only thing that had people talking at the Met Gala.  

She was spotted chatting to Cardi B at the event. The two rappers have a bit of bad blood between them. Nicki claimed Cardi practically "begged" her to be on her 'MotorSport' collaboration with Migos, only to turn around and throw shade at her after its release. 

But it seems they have put their beef aside. Hopefully they will join forces for another hit single?!
