Don’t be blinded by your bling

Leave the gold at home. If you must accessorise, go with silver or some ankle bracelets and boho-styled accessories to add spark to a beach outfit.

Bikinis, bikinis everywhere

It's a beach festival, so definitely a cute bathing suit. You can add a sarong to cover up if it gets a little bit chilly and you can style your sarong into some kind of last-minute dress.

Be free in a dress

Forgot to shave those legs? A maxi skirt or dress with a slit allows for comfort and you still look cute.

Show off those legs in shorts

Lightweight shorts or swim shorts made from quick-drying, breathable material will not only keep you cool all day long, but a pair that hits mid-thigh will also be very flattering on all body types and shapes.

T-Shirts for everyone

A nice tank top or boho-styled tank top will make you feel fabulous.

Take care of your eyes

When choosing shades, go for something lightweight with a metal frame - not only will these be more comfortable if you’re wearing them all day long, but heavier frames tend to slip down your face if you break a sweat in the sun.

Cover your crown

Some kind of sun hat (like a floppy hat) or even a baseball hat will offer a little shelter from the UV rays and will keep your hair from getting that uncontrollable beach frizz.

Moves like Jagger

What’s a music festival without a good attitude and your crazy dance moves? Yolo!

You can see Shekinah, Jimmy Nevis, and GoodLuck at the Coca-Cola Taste Summer Beach Festival in association with East Coast Radio, from 21st to 23rd December at uShaka Marine Beach. See you there!
