The Big Favour 2021: “We rise by lifting others”
Updated | By East Coast Breakfast
The Big Favour is synonymous with bringing communities together to help make wishes come true.
Over the past 18 years, the Big Favour has contributed in a meaningful way by connecting loved ones after years apart, furnishing homes after devastating storms, and even sending someone on their very first flight.
In 2021, Darren, Keri, and Sky are eager to make a more purposeful difference in KwaZulu-Natal by creating a platform that makes applying and donating to the Big Favour more accessible.
A new web portal via ecr.co.za has been created with new features, making it easier for anyone to contribute.
Are you wanting to contribute to The Big Favour?
Here’s How:
· Click on the 'Big Favour Donate’ tab that is situated on the top yellow banner next to the ‘Listen Live’ button
· Complete the online form
· Click donate. You will be redirected to the PayFast page to complete your payment
· Once your donation has been successfully processed, the system will notify you
For businesses or organisations that would like to donate to The Big Favour; once payment has been made, an invoice and section 18A certificate will be issued.
The money donated will go into the Big Favour account, where the funds will be used to assist those in KZN who need it most.
Do you need the assistance of the Big Favour?
If you think you know of someone, anyone, that has a compelling story to tell and is in need of a helping hand:
· Visit ecr.co.za
· Click on the ‘The Big Favour’ tab on the home page
· Scroll down and select ‘I need a Big Favour’
· You will be directed to the online form where all the details need to be filled in accurately to be considered for The Big Favour
All requests are welcome and should your Big Favour request be successful, a member of the Big Favour team will contact you.
Tune in to Darren, Keri, and Sky every Wednesday to be a part of something greater than all of us; changing the lives of others and making wishes come true for all of KZN.
