KZN police search for two missing women

Police there say the first missing woman is 48-year-old Lindiwe Cynthia Mbowane (pictured on the left) from Seduka Street, Spruitview, Johannesburgh. She is dark in complexion and 1.5-metres tall and was last seen at Machibini Reserve, KZN at her husband's home on 1 January 2016 at about 21:00, wearing an orange T-shirt and a black and yellow Swaziland wrapper.

The second missing woman is 23-year-old Slindile Sithole (pictured below) from KwaMsane reserve who was last seen on 30  December 2015 at her homestead wearing a black skirt and white T-shirt.

Two arrested for drug possession

Well done to police for arresting two suspected drug dealers in the south Durban area over the past week. Last week a 43-year-old man was nabbed at Impala Drive, Mobeni Heights. He was found with various drugs on him, including mandrax tablets and rock cocaine. He's appeared in court and been released on bail.

Also last week a 27-year-old man was arrested in the Bayview area for possession of dagga to the value of R5000. It was found at his home wrapped in bin bags, and hidden in potato bags. He's also appeared in court and been released on bail.

Finally, if you're still in the mindset of making New Year's resolutions, please resolve to do this one thing to make sure you don't fall victim to scams: remember the saying, "If it sounds too good to be true, it usually is..." especially when it comes to online classified site bargains and out-of-the-blue SMS-ed or emailed loan offers.
