Work situations have been anything but steady since the pandemic came into being. Many people lost their jobs, whilst others took this chance to start afresh and follow their passions...

It's safe to say that there has been a certain sense of uncertainty when it comes to the longevity of people's jobs, which has literally stressed everyone out. Not just the owners, the industry, and the economy, but also the workers and their families. 

Many people have started using social media as their outlet. In this case, this woman shared a video of a PowerPoint presentation she created for her exit interview... The video was meant to be for giggles, but...

It turns out that many people resonated with the video and most specifically her points...

Mental Health has certainly been at the forefront of many organisations since the beginning of the pandemic, and rightfully so. Many people have been going through emotional rollercoasters.
