What do you do if someone uses the K- word in your presence?

If a person is racist at work, at your local or around the braai, how do you react?
Matthew Theunissen took to Facebook to express his anger over Sports Minister Fikile Mbalula’s announcement that he had banned the country's cricket, rugby, netball and athletics bodies from bidding for, or hosting, major sporting events due to a lack of transformation:
"So no more sporting events for South Africa... I've never been more proud than to say our government are a bunch of KAFFIRS.. yes I said it so go fuck yourselves you black fucking cunts," Theunissen wrote.
He has since apologised for what he wrote, claiming, "I didn’t mean to say it". Unfortunately Matthew, you did say it! More than that you broadcast it. So you are in a heap of trouble.
Not only did you use the K-word, you threw in the F-word, and the C-word for good measure. So all together, your rant has left a bitter taste in many people's mouths. I am sure you have a few supporters- supporters you should probably distance yourself from.

This rant raises a few questions, but one in particular needs to be answered. If a person is racist at work, at your local or around the braai, how do you react? Take our poll.
