Pop up café gives you food in exchange for exercise
Updated | By Damon Beard
If you're feeling a little larger after all the Christmas puddings, you may want to head to Covent Garden in London where a pop up cafe is giving you food in exchange for exercising.

The Run For Your Bun Cafe takes 'exercise for payment’, which means that you choose an item you'd like to eat, and then pay for it by hitting the treadmill, spin bike, or rowing machine.
A grilled chicken burger can be paid for with a one-minute session on the rowing machine, one minute on the spin bike, and one minute on the treadmill, followed by 60 seconds of sit-ups, squats, and lunges.
Is this enough to actually do anything to your body, though?
Apparently, according to experts, the six one-minute exercises will burn calories, increase the heart rate to a ‘fat-burning zone’ and tone muscles.
