How many of us judge someone before we've even seen them or know their story?

Take a ballerina, for example. You automatically imagine someone with a certain body type? Someone super slim?

Now meet a 15-year-old who doesn't have that typical dancer's body but is extremely passionate about dance. Since her video pirouetting went viral, she has gained just over 142,000 views on Instagram.

She has 41,000 followers now and people have done nothing but support her.

Now Lizzy is encouraging people to dance, even if they’re not the ‘typical’ build or ‘type’ to be a dancer.
