Siv Ngesi slams Reyn du Preez's groping apology
A model caught on camera acting inappropriately has been slammed for his apology.
Cape Town-based TV personality Siv Ngesi has slammed model Reyn du Preez for the apology he posted on his Instagram following the release of a groping video that went viral in the last two days.
Siv took it a step further and screen-grabbed the 'apology' and had this to say regarding the incident.
"Your apology stinks of privilege and lacks accountability! You’re not sorry , you’re just sorry you got caught! 😡😡😡"
Du Preez has not responded to Siv's post since. The video has opened him up to being questioned by the court of public opinion.
Anele Mdoda also weighed in on the matter.
"You are exactly what's wrong with this country. You may feel you are not that bad, it was just a tap there but you are as bad as the rapists because really you took away Sarah's choice. Then the audacity to mouth off as if you are entitled to her."
From what we could observe in this video is the inappropriate manner du Preez touched the waitress and how quickly she turned around when she realised what was happening.
