Jane reflects on her relationship with technology

I must say that I was so moved by this video and the dialogue. 

It hit a few nerves for me as I reflected on my own relationship with technology and, yes, the luring temptress does take time away from those who are right here. 

It makes me sad that I am so dependant and reliant on my phone in particular. I am always plugged into social media, and only a click away from incoming emails.

This technology fix is like a modern day obsession, like an addictive habit that is difficult to curb.
