Couple filmed passed out after overdosing on heroin

The heroine epidemic in Ohio is earth shattering!

There were 3,000 reports of overdoses last year alone. This footage was taken by a motorist who saw the car in question swerving all over the road, when it came to a stop, what he saw inside was a young couple in their early 20s completely passed out and the car littered with syringes. The irony is that they were wearing their seat belts.
