What's melted? Candles, chocolates, and even humans are jelly in KZN

It's hot out here in the 031!

It's getting super spicy in KZN.
After temperatures spiked at a whopping 37 degrees today, it's all hands on deck today to keep our cool.
"Everything is melting! It's getting hectic guys," according to one ECR listener.
Stacey Norman has decided to check in with KZN. Today, we investigate what is melting around town.

So, what else is melting in KZN?
Besides us, it's chocolate, cold drinks that turn warm in a matter of minutes, tar roads, ice-cream that is basically just milk at this point, any plastic container that you leave in direct sunlight, and more.
The plus side is that if you were to leave some cookie batter outside today, you would have some fully baked goods in no time.

Here are some simple ways that you can prevent the harmful rays emitted by the sun that cause various health threats:
- Slip on clothing
- Slop on sunscreen
- Slap on a hat
