#FakeNews: KZN reacts to whats-app voice note circulating about ban of alcohol

Social media and whats app has been abuzz with the rumours that the #alcoholban may be re-instated by the President, Cyril Ramaphosa.

A whats app voice note has gone viral on whats app and social media. In the voice note, an unidentified man claims to have heard news that the president would be addressing the nation tonight. 

His address according to the man would be in regards to the alcohol ban being re-instated. Listen to the voice note below: 

Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs spokes person has officially denounced this as 'Fake News'

Confirmation of the rumours being fake however, did not stop from social media being caught in a tails spin with the #alcoholban trending after the voice note started circulating.
