Sirshin has developed a habit. And it is a healthy one!

Sirshin has embarked on a journey, and although he stumbled in the first few weeks, he recovered recently!

Sirshin has decided to loose some weight. Most of us have decided to do this at one point in our lives, and most of us have failed. Sirsh battled the first week or so, but is back on track and is looking forward to reaching his goal weight.

So why is the process so hard?

Firstly, the word diet should be banned! Dieting has one specific goal, to reduce weight. Measure in grams and kilograms this metric can be very dangerous. It does not speak to why we want to lose weight or to the bigger picture of being healthy. So Sirsh, and as George chastised him on air, is not on a diet,he is on the path to becoming healthy.

We all need to look at what we eat, how we exercise, and how we take care of our mind.

So Sirsh has embarked on a better eating program with Dr. Kats. Her goal is help you lose weight, not through some temporary crash diet, but through a sustainable nutrition program, where you come understand your body type, implement sound eating choices and healthy lifestyle options.

She has been working with Sirshin. His first few weeks were tough, he only dropped 200g, and was soundly ragged by George, but this week he weighed in 1.3kg lighter this week. Big up Sirsh!
