Neil is given 'punishment' by Ward Councillor for parking badly at Glenwood school

After weeks 'on the run', Neil came clean with a confession that none of us was expecting.

Mmabatho Tembe, Ward Councillor for Glenwood and Umbilo recently joined Neil Green in studio.
She thought that she was going to be having a general discussion about her role in society, but, she was brought into the studio to hear a confession from the man himself.

After weeks of trying to avoid the Facebook police, Neil came clean on-air on Wednesday saying that he was the anonymous car that parked badly outside a Glenwood school.
This came after a photo with his numberplate blurred out surfaced on a local community Facebook group.
Mmabatho spoke about the importance of social media community groups in doing her job, her passion for cleaning up the community and came up with a suitable punishment for Neil.
