Yes, it hasn't been the best year for AKA, but it seems that all of that has taught him some valuable lessons.

I love how ships who weather rough seas come out stronger. In times of hardship, it's where you get to find out your true grit, and who really has your back. Heartache and vulnerability have a silver lining too. I'm glad that AKA has found his.

Dakota Fanning bravely talks about her anxiety issues 

Dakota Fanning recently said that as she's getting older, she is becoming more anxious about things. IOL reported that she recently had a flip out sesh after noticing that her apartment was untidy. Thankfully, she had her boyfriend Henry Fyre who stars in The Alienist to assure her that everything was going to be okay.

The more people in positions of influence or in the limelight talk about this sort of thing, the better. Well done, Dakota, for being brave enough to do so. 

Jordin Sparks' adorable reaction to son's heartbeat

American singer-songwriter Jordin Sparks shared an Instagram video of a priceless reaction she had when she heard her unborn son's heartbeat at her recent Gynae appointment. It is reported that she is due to give birth at the end of April.

"I've heard many beautiful noises & sounds in my short time on this earth but this...this is the ultimate. How sweet the sound! Daddy and I love you so much Lil man. We're ready for you when you are! 🦋", she said in a post.

There is no way of explaining the emotion you feel when you hear your unborn child's heartbeat for the first time. It indeed is priceless, and I cannot wait to see her little bundle of joy.
