Patricia Quispe from Lima, Peru played with a mobile phone version of the Ouija board on her phone.
The footage shows Patricia shouting and convulsing violently while paramedics at a local hospital try to stabilise her.
Patricia's friends confirmed she had downloaded the game over the weekend and had begun behaving strangely.
Her parents then noticed she seemed ill and called an ambulance when she started foaming at the mouth.
