Police shoot autistic man's caretaker as he surrenders

A Florida police officer shot and wounded a therapist who was lying in the street with his arms in the air.
As you're about to see, 47-year-old Charles Kinsey was of absolutely no danger to himself or anyone.
Kinsey was unarmed and shouted to the police that he was merely a therapist trying to get his patient back to the facility from which he had wandered.
Kinsey's attorney is using the cellphone footage you're about to watch.
This is beyond ridiculous and we hope justice prevails here.
