Paraglider takes horrific plunge after chute gets tangled
The higher they rise, the harder they fall - this was the exact case with this paraglider.
It is safe to say that extreme sports have extreme consequences.
A paraglider was caught on video free-falling after his reserve chute got tangled up with his glider and craft. This caused the 'daredevil' to spiral down out of control and scream like a little girl.

According to the Daily Mail, the video was captured in Kossen, Austria on 14 June. The video shows a paraglider surviving the terrifying landing which left him stuck on the side of a 2,900ft-high peak.
The crash landing left him with a broken back, which is a small price to pay after surviving a near-death experience. Yikes!

Clearly it wasn’t the paraglider's day to die. He was left shaken by this incident and has the trees to thank for softening his landing. Needless to say, it is going to be a while before he paraglides again.
