Bongani was the emcee at the recent African Renaissance Concert when he was approached by Thathakahle Mkhabela, who told him about her daughter's dancing opportunity to go to the USA.
Anikwa is a 14-year-old girl, born and raised in Umzinyathi, Durban. She is currently in Grade 9 at Northlands High School. She is an avid dancer, having started dancing at primary school level with Nicole Studios in Durban. She then auditioned for a part with Keegan Barns in 2017, and became a member of both groups, the Beatbreakerz and the Diverse Dance.

She has been offered an incredible opportunity to perform at the World Championships of Performing Arts which takes place from the first week of July in Los Angeles, California.
The trip itself costs over R87,000 and they have managed to arrange about R40,000. They still have a long way to go, and they need your help to help make her dreams come true.
