East Coast Drive calls on kids of KZN to help with COVID-19 message
East Coast Drive needs all kids of all ages in KZN to get involved.
We would like the kids of KZN to get involved in sending a message to the country and we would like YOUR kids to be a part of it.
Record your children reading the message below and send the voice note to 061 7000 800. If you have more than one child, let them read it together.
We will put it all together and deliver the message to the country on Friday 24 April.

We want to thank everyone who is working in one way or another to stop COVID-19... or to help those affected by it.
We are grateful for our everyday heroes... working in supermarkets, pharmacies, petrol stations and all other essential places..
We are grateful to our police officers, security workers, army and relief workers..
We are grateful to our health workers – every. Single. One. of you…
We are thankful that YOUR families support you and understand the very important role you are playing.
We understand that we need to play our part too.
Because the coronavirus can affect anyone.
We can play our part by keeping our hands clean... so we keep them free of germs;
By wearing face masks if we go out to the shops;
By covering our coughs and sneezes;
By being a good helper around the house,
By staying at home.. and sticking to all the rules of lockdown.
Because if we all work together as a team, we can help keep ourselves, and others healthy
And together we will get through this.
Because we are South Africans!
