Updated | By East Coast Drive
Terminal illness is heartbreaking; whether you've been diagnosed with it or whether a loved one is. And breaking such news to loved ones must be a very emotional and trying situation.

In Wednesday's edition of WTF a terminally ill patient wrote in looking for help on how to break devastating news to their loved one.
Hey Bongani and Mags. I have been diagnosed with a terminal blood disease and I have just months to live. I’m 30 years old, married with two kids. I can’t tell my family and I don’t think I can bring myself to do it. Please help.- Anonymous
