How real are the excuses that you've given to your boss for missing work?
Missing work sometimes is such a tricky endeavour. You can't always use the same reasoning and 'killing off' your family members is probably just bad karma. When you're honestly sick and in a sticky situation, do you disclose the truth no matter how silly it is?

Bongani shared hat he honestly got locked up in his house, fearing he might not make it into work that day. Of course, as a boss, if you hear such an excuse you too would find it rather difficult to believe.
