Or maybe you didn't get the job because of what was on your social media? I mean, most posts on social media are of alcoholic beverages, parties, raunchy images, controversial opinions etc.

A listener who works in HR called in to reveal that they do indeed check the social media of applicants and more often than not, they turn down a lot of people because of what they see there.
