Motorist deliberately blocks ambulance

You're about to watch dash cam footage recorded from an ambulance.
The ambulance has its sirens blaring and is clearly in a hurry to save a life.
However, the motorist in front of the ambulance thinks it's funny to stop the ambulance from passing.
The more the ambulance tries to weave through the traffic, the more the motorist does the same thing.
It actually starts to become completely ridiculous.
Who would do such a thing? What would make someone do such a thing?
