This woman did what to her baby?!

The 28-year-old woman has a 10-month-old boy.

News reports in the US say the mum added some bourbon to her son's bottle. She was apparently advised to do so.

 

The Arkansas resident's mother reportedly suggested she put alcohol in her baby's milk because the child would not stop crying.

The baby, who's teething, was first medicated with Tylenol and Motrin - but those didn't work.

 

So the mum poured some bourbon into his bottle and placed it inside his playpen.

 

She told police that her baby was fine when she stepped out of her trailer. She says her son was unconscious by the time she went back inside.

 

Police say they're not sure how much alcohol the boy was given but when they arrived at the home they found the baby "limp and unresponsive."

 

The woman has two other children. They've been removed from her custody.
