The Cell C Sharks launch new jersey: Hit or Miss?
Updated | By East Coast Breakfast
The Cell C Sharks have partnered with Canterbury South Africa and they've launched a new kit which includes a "Superhero" themed jersey. Is it a massive hit or definite miss?
Canterbury is one of the leading rugby kit manufacturers in the world and the Cell C Sharks are proud of their re-established partnership with the brand, with Cell C Sharks CEO, Gary Teichmann adding "Canterbury’s philosophy of rugby belonging to everyone and making products in the same inclusive spirit, ties into our vision", at the launch.
What I love most about these jerseys is that it's not just a playing kit but represents Durban as a city and everything about the beautiful province of KwaZulu-Natal.
In the black and white jerseys, all the beautiful nice things about KZN are incorporated - our beautiful Indian Ocean , surfers , symbols that represented the kingdom of the Zulu.
My favorite though is the so called " Charity or superheroes jersey".
Black with a tint of red on the sleeves and outlines with a very superhero feel to it with muscular features printed on the jersey, looks really really cool.
Oh and if you've dreamt of that beautiful torso and six-pack - then this one is for you.
I can't be the only one excited about these three jerseys or wait....am I the only one?
