A real life horror story unfolds at East Coast Radio

"I just didn't imagine something like this could ever happen to me" - Keri Miller

Horror at East Coast Radio
Today started off as any other Friday. Filled with excitement, and joy and a sort of freedom because Darren Maule isn't in today, so Sky and I can play.

I bounced exuberantly into the office, went to the kitchen and made my way to the studio.

That is when the unthinkable happened.
*warning: not for sensitive readers*

With rooibos tea in my right hand, and a rice cake covered in almond nut butter in my left, I elbowed away bits and bobs on the table outside the office in an attempt to set my breakfast down and use my free hands to move my bags from my shoulder to the floor.

My rice cake, due to be eaten in mere moments was indeed plate-less, was definitely balancing a little weirdly on the table.  "Strangely," I thought... "I didn't see anything on the table when I put my stuff down" and what happened next will haunt me forever!

I picked up my rice cake to find

NAIL. CLIPPINGS. A FULL SET OF HUMAN NAIL CLIPPINGS ON THE TABLE OUTSIDE OF THE STUDIO ON MY RICECAKE AND NOW ON MY HAND!!

WHY???

Why would ANYONE do this to another person? What is the thought process behind:
A: clipping your finger or (oh my flip) TOE nails at work
and  B: leaving said clippings NOT in the bin, but ON A TABLE USED FOR FOOD AND BEVERAGES.

Nail clippings

To whoever left those there know this. I am not angry, just disappointed. And, I have sent them for DNA testing so before you know it we will INSERT YOUR NAME HERE.
