Pre-sale tickets to Kevin Hart's Reality Check tour in South Africa were made available on Wednesday morning and the prices are steep.

On the 30th of November, South Africans were rejoicing at the fact that international comedian Kevin Hart was coming back to SA. 

The comedian and actor announced his tour dates for South Africa for his stand-up comedy show.

The comedian is returning to SA after his last tour back in 2016. 

Kevin will only do one show at the Sun Bet Arena, Time Square, in Pretoria. 

Early bird tickets have been made available for Discovery Bank clients. 

The starting price is R910, with the wheelchair accessibility priced at R680. However, the ticket prices jump from R1,360 to R2,215.

Here's the thing, according to The Citizen, there are platinum tickets that cost between R2,500 and R4,000, and get this, there is the “Kevin Hart Premium Ticket package” which will set you back at least R5,050. 

This package comes with exclusive merch. Unique to this package is a limited-edition tour print, VIP tag, red carpet entry to the venue, VIP check-in, and crowd-free merchandise. 

Now if you thought those prices were mind blowing, wait until you hear what other tickets cost...

There is a “Gold VIP ticket” that costs R12,995, which has similar exclusive access as the premium ticket package. 

The only difference is it includes an invitation to the pre-show Kevin Hart VIP lounge, which will include light food and two drinks per person, and a 'Reality Check' tour jacket.

The gold VIP ticket is located in the first five rows.

If you want front row seats and an exclusive NFT, you are going to have to pay over R17,000!
