It's always a sobering act, looking at the creation around us and seeing it do its thing.

You realise how much larger the world is. 

The planets, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn will be making a rare planetary conjunction soon, if not already.

They will form a diagonal line with the moon and stars also in the mix. 

Venus is the planet joined by Mars, Jupiter, the moon, and the stars. 

If you're wondering which one it is when you look up, it'll be the brightest shining light in the line.

According to the South African Astronomical Observatory,  Venus will be closer to Jupiter towards the end of the month, with both planets moving towards the moon on Wednesday 27 April. Mars and Saturn will start to move close to the moon from Monday 25 April.

What's causing this conjunction? 

NASA shares that the various planets' orbits around the sun are lining up. Even Venus' with its 225 Earth days and Saturn with its 29 years to orbit a moon!

You will spot this rare sighting in the early mornings before sunrise (between 5AM - 6AM)

How rare is this conjunction? It has only happened three times in the last 20 years.

You can wake up extra early to take a snap of the beautiful sight - would make for a beautiful wallpaper.
