Keri's Wellness Wednesday: Get your cake to rise perfectly every time
Whether it’s a special occasion or you just feel like baking a cake, this cake hack will make sure your cakes rise all the time.
There is always (for me anyway) that anxious oven-time wait, while you ponder whether you have done everything right and whether your cake will rise and stay like that, and this hack has changed my baking skills forever.

What you will need to do:
1. Make your favourite cake batter.
2. Pour the batter into the cake tin.
3. Grab an old towel, and cut it into a strip the exact height of your cake tin, long enough to go all the way around. Make sure the towel is DAMP, and wrap it around the cake tin
4. Put the cake into the oven and cook as usual
