Is this little boy's moment with a mannequin innocent and adorable or should we blame his parents for his behaviour?
Kids should be left to be kids, right?
Well, Twitter doesn't seem to agree with this video of a little boy kissing a mannequin's boobs.
Children are still learning right from wrong, good from bad, and public from private, so is it really fair to scold the little boy for his actions?
