East Coast Breakfast’s Carmen Reddy is learning to ride a bike for the first time, and she's not letting anything stop her!

Carmen is a busy woman with a lot on her plate, but she's always up for a challenge.

So, when she was challenged to take part in the upcoming Amashova Durban Classic cycle race, she knew it would be a tough task, but she was determined to give it her all.

The problem is, Carmen doesn't know how to ride a bike... but that's not stopping her.

Her co-hosts, Darren Maule and Sky Tshabalala, have stepped up to help her learn, and they're confident that she'll be able to master the skill in no time.

Carmen's journey to learn to ride a bike shows that it's never too late to learn a new skill, and that anything is possible if you set your mind to it.
