It was announced on Monday that Darren and Sky named Carmen as their new co-host for the Breakfast show 6-9 am.

Carmen's journey with Darren & Sky began a month ago when she joined the duo as a Friday guest co-host.

The chemistry and energy she brought to the show were undeniable, and the response from the listeners was overwhelmingly positive. It was clear that Carmen was the perfect fit for the team.

Have a listen to how the moment happened when the boys had to go to Johannesburg.

The road trip presents an excellent opportunity for the team to get better acquainted with Carmen and to allow her to reconnect with the beauty of her home province.

So when they got to Johannesburg, they made their way out to Harrismith to do one of several broadcasts there.

The Champagne Sports Resort has state-of-the-art conferencing facilities, a full range of accommodation options from family to luxury, a gorgeous golf course, and world-class leisure amenities.

The Breakfast team took advantage of the awesome facilities by playing golf together, and it was lovely for both Darren and Sky to teach Carmen how to play.

After the Breakfast team left the amazing Champagne Sports Resort , the next stop would be Brahman Hills in Midlands Meander.

However, before they went to Brahman Hills to not only enjoy their stay, the team first did an activity that would test them both physically and mentally too.

This activity was the Zipline at Karkloof Canopy Tour. Here's how the team described the moment as they were broadcasting live from Brahman Hills.

To tell you all about the Karkloof ziplining, it was an epic time as everyone got in on the fun.

Based in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, the Karkloof Canopy Tour has been built in a spectacular valley of the mistbelt podacarpus Karkloof Forest Reserve.
