"The Women's Month
honeymoon is almost over. For the whole of August, women were celebrated,
treated specially, and congratulated themselves on the strides made. That’s
great, and we need to do that," says Hixonia Nyasulu.

The month helps to inspire and to share experiences that will help others avoid pitfalls, but the battle is far from over. Until women take up their rightful places in the C-suites and boardrooms of the world, our celebration will ring hollow.
We need to know who we are, claim our seats at the table, and stay in the mainstream.
If you’re an engineer, be with the engineers and learn about new discoveries, new trends, new tricks of the trade. It’s the only way to keep moving up.
