The celebration is filled with activities, food, cheer, laughter, games, conversation, gifts and doting over the mother-to-be and her baby bump.
However, one Australian mother shocked her guests when she showed up to her baby shower with a 'fake' baby bump. Neomai entered all smiles, but her unusually formed baby bump confused many of her guests.
The room was filled with a mix of guests, some knew and others were left in the dark about her 'big news'.
Neomai delivered her baby two days before the baby shower, but she didn't want to disappoint her guests, so she still showed up.
She stuffed a balloon with a shawl underneath her dress and received the most epic reaction from the guests who didn't know about her delivery.

People were impressed by how great she looked two days after giving birth. Some asked why she didn't bring the baby out with her, and of course, that would have been irresponsible, given the baby's most fragile immunity.
