Would you swim in this elevated, glass-bottomed pool?
Updated | By Damon Beard
This really isn’t the place for you if you have a fear of heights!

If I stand at the top of a building or on a really high bridge, it doesn't really phase me, but as soon as I feel that my support structure isn't safe, then I have a problem...
So, I don't think I'd do too well in this swimming pool.
It's perched on the roof of an expensive apartment block in Houston, Texas and when you look at it, it looks like a normal pool.
However, on closer inspection, the pool almost carries on into thin air, stretching out about 10ft away from the safety of the building.
It's the Sky Pool and it's 42 stories up.
For nervous swimmers it's comforting to know that the bottom is made from 8-inch think plexiglass, so it's unlikely to ever crack.
Is it earthquake proof, though?
So after thinking about it long and hard - I'd give this a miss.
I think it would just freak me out to swim in this pool.
Would you swim in this pool?
