Hospital mistakenly names newborn after heavy metal band KORN!

A mother from Seattle,
Washington is left in shock after the hospital she gave birth in makes a
mistake with her newborn's name!

Kelsey Tate from Seattle, Washington became a proud mum to a beautiful baby girl earlier this month. However, her happiness turned to despair when she found out that the hospital she gave birth in made a mistake with her baby's name.
According to Metro, Kelsey was left in complete shock when she found out that her daughter is now named after the popular US heavy metal band, KORN, when in fact she wanted to name her Kora!

Kelsey mentions that there was a possibility that the hospital did check in with her while she was there but she had lost a lot of blood and canno fully remember.
She explained on Twitter the motivation behind choosing the name 'Kora' - which stemmed from a baby book, which actually was 'Cora'.
Since ppl are asking about her intended name: As much as i like the anime, Kora was not named after Legend of Korra 😅 We found the name Kora/Cora in a baby book and went with the K one because my name has a K too ❤️
