VIDEO: Foot-fallers in real life!

We all know footballers throw themselves around the field at the slightest touch in an attempt to fool the referee into awarding a penalty or free-kick. This hilarious video shows us what it would look like if we did this in everyday life.

It happens mostly in the penalty area: Striker has ball. Striker is touched by defender.

Striker falls to the ground, arms in the air, screaming in pain.

When referee ignores striker, said footballer jumps up and continues playing as if nothing had happened.

This clever video shows us how ridiculous it would look in real life if we threw ourselves around at the slightest touch.

It makes one wonder: FIFA should not only be awarding a Golden Ball Award, but also perhaps a Foot-Faller of the Year Award!

What are your thoughts on players falling to the ground at the slightest touch? Is it unacceptable or does it add to the drama and excitement of what it is known as the 'beautiful game?'
